TikTok Series needs one video file per chapter. English subtitles must be burned into the picture — not delivered as a separate .srt / .vtt. Use the overlay spec below so captions and the Inverted mark stay clear of TikTok’s on-screen UI. Any deviation from these specs will result in your videos failing approval.

What TikTok requires

One video file per chapter. Do not send a single master for the whole title.
Burned-in English subtitles using the caption spec on this page.
Aspect ratio always 9:16 (vertical). Landscape or square files are rejected.
Resolution at least 1080 × 1920 (standard HD or higher). 1080 × 1920 is the working size for this spec.

All positions below are measured from the top-left of a 1080 × 1920 frame.
